I am a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping children and adults navigate life's challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, ensuring people feel safe and supported throughout their counseling journey.

I'm a mom of four and a firm believer that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported. My heart is in mental health and wellbeing, and I'm passionate about walking alongside people as they grow into the best version of themselves.
With an education in counseling, I bring compassion, patience, and practical support to every person I serve. Raising four little ones has taught me more about empathy, resilience, and meeting people where they are than any textbook could.
My dream is to one day become a licensed therapist, and every day in this work brings me one step closer.
